THE METHOD

Simple structure.
Honest effort.

A cluster breaks the work into small rounds. The app helps you keep the plan, the results, and your next load in one place.

  1. Choose your starting load.

Warm up, then choose a controlled load that would make about 12 clean reps feel hard while fresh. Start lighter if you’re unsure.

  2. Six reps. Rest. Repeat.

Do six reps, rest briefly, usually about 10 seconds, and repeat for six rounds. Keep the same load throughout that cluster.

  3. Log it. Learn from it.

Record the reps you completed and how hard they felt. Finish the prescribed clusters, then use your results to guide the next workout.

Good form comes first. Stop for pain or form breakdown. A missed rep is useful information, not a reason to force the next one.

BEFORE YOU START

A few good
questions.

Do I need an account to try the app?

You can start as a guest and save workouts on that device. Account features are separate, and signing in does not automatically import your guest workouts.

What counts as a completed cluster?

Six rounds of six reps at the same load. A missed rep, an early stop, or a load change means that cluster does not pass. Record what actually happened so the next recommendation has useful information.

Can I change the weight between clusters?

Yes. Each cluster is a separate attempt, so you can choose a new starting load before the next one. Keep it fixed once that cluster begins.

Does the app time my rests?

The current app focuses on planning and logging. Use your own timer for rest periods.
